For most of my career I've worked alongside small and medium-sized Canadian charities — supporting the leaders who are quietly changing their communities. I started on the front lines myself, as a program manager. I've stayed up late, been frustrated when things didn't work, and celebrated the big wins when they did.
Over thirty-plus years I've helped hundreds of organizations find the funding they need to have the impact they want — through grants, foundations, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and major gifts. I've trained boards, coached EDs, and written more proposals than I can count.
